Based on authentic belly dance movement, but kicked up a notch for the purpose of a good ole-fashioned workout. This is an all-levels class working on breaking down each move and doing repetition drills with gradual addition of new moves, allowing everyone to feel successful as we get our groove on! Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.
