Event Time and Date
This series of Yoga Postures – moving and static- will bring strength, balance, and flexibility. This class offers a great cross training opportunity with powerful yoga sequences that will give your body a workout and also offer alternatives to stretches you might not have explored. As well you will learn breathing techniques that increase stamina and relaxation. Whether you are in training or just starting out this dynamic class is for you.
FREE FOR STUDENTS
Please bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable athletic clothing.
