Learn about food handling, sanitation, and work safety. Thoroughly review food safety and worker safety information. Hear about the dangers of food borne illnesses. Learn safety practices to receive, store, prepare and serve food, as well as clean and sanitize. Exam is included in course fee of $85. A very useful certificate to have!
